NEW YORK FASHION WEEK’S BREAKOUT STAR WAS A LITTLE GIRL WHOSE WISH CAME TRUE.(Style)

                              

Thanks to an international fashion icon, a little girl’s dream of walking a runway show became a reality.


                             

On February 17 during New York Fashion Week, 11-year-old Trinity Faith Moran flew from Texas to New York to walk in designer Naeem Khan’s Fall/Winter 2016 show.

Moran, who has Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer that affects the muscles, realized her dream with the help of the Make a Wish foundation, and Mary Alice Stephenson — Naeem Khan’s runway stylist and avid Make a Wish supporter.

“I want to start talking about today’s Naeem Khan runway with the image that struck me most during this NYFW,” Naeem Khan said in anInstagram post.

“Passionate about fashion, Trinity was chosen through the “Make a Wish” foundation to participate in the Naeem Khan runway today … A nice gesture and the realization of a dream.”

At the close of the show, all the models stood in two lines so that Khan and Moran could walk together as the show closer.

Moran’s dress was designed especially for her by Khan himself to mirror the most important dress in his show: a red tulle dress with appliqué.
