At the age of 55, the award-winning actress isn’t afraid to take risks and gives actresses half her age a run for their money in the style stakes
When it comes to Hollywood style, Julianne Moore is one of our favourites. The 55-year-old is not afraid to take risks on the red carpet and is always one step ahead of the game.
Since she first burst onto the scene back in 1990, she’s become increasingly bold and confident with her fashion choices and that’s why we’re fans.
It’s not surprising that she struck up a friendship with designer Tom Ford, who Directed her in the Single Man and also dressed her in his couture label.
Whether she’s wearing one of his designs, or showcasing a runway look by Balenciaga, Chanel, Prabal Gurung or Saint Laurent she rarely puts a foot wrong.

Her metallic green Givenchy gown at The Screen Actors Guild divided option, but we love that fact that she enjoys fashion and doesn’t take it too seriously. Her diverse fashion choices quite simply make her a style icon and at her age, Julianne is giving models half her age a run for their money in the style stakes.
Currently in London and on the Graham Norton show tonight, ahead of Sunday’s BAFTAs ceremony, we can’t wait to see her red carpet choice.
1. She can work the classics
In full length black Valentino at the Golden Camera Awards in Hamburg last week.
2. But isn't afraid of taking risks
Her metallic green Givenchy gown at The Screen Actors Guild divided option.
3. Top designers want to dress her
Looking stunning in midnight blue sequined Tom Ford at this years Golden Globes.
4. She can work vintage too
Simmering in gold Saint Laurent at the Gotham Independent Film Awards last November.
5. And she dresses like a winner
Accepting her Oscar in embellished, cream strapless Chanel couture at last year
